Kelly Carroll was born in the beautiful city of Charleston, South Carolina. She is first and foremost a woman of faith. At the age of eleven she, with her mother and older brother moved to Florida. She has always had a passion for books and writing. This gift was the gift that kept on giving. Now in her solo debut Loveless, she has changed the game of short story writing.
